For the first time in the ~30 year old separatist war that the terrorist group has been forced to the back foot. Lots of LTTE supporters living abroad are expecting a miraculous retaliation such as in Operation Jayasikuri. But with the way army is launching their attacks in multi prolong fronts, the odds of something like that happening seems to be pretty slim. Even if LTTE manage to come up with a major retaliation, it would be in one front only since at the moment, they are running so low on man power. Any careful observer could say that very soon, army will start forcing their way from the national front as well.
