Reports are coming in that a man in Russia's Volgograd region has taken a group of Russian policemen hostage. According to reports, a 35-year-old man wearing an explosive belt forced his way into a local police station. He has threatened to blow up the building as he continues to hold the police staff. People in nearby houses have been evacuated. Latest reports say the man has been disarmed but the police refused to comment on that.
