I miss her so much. i grew up listening to her music, from One in a Million to her last album Aaliyah. Its sad that she didnt have children, she would have made a wonderful loving mother and wife. So soulful and gorgeous. I still think that she would blow Beyonce outta the water. R.I.P Aaliyah Haughton, we will miss you forever.

She was one of those people that you felt like, even though you didn't know her to walk up and say "remember me?", you just loved her so much because you could feel her heart and it was a good heart. So sad.

Sooo sad. Did you see her mother? She was breaking down and hurting so much, I felt so bad for the mother. Still can't believe Aaliyah is gone, that's one celebrity death that really touched me so much and I don't think I can ever completely get over. RIP Aaliyah, gone but NEVER forgotten.

chances are it was a closed casket ceremony, maybe because she might have been burnt beyond recognition from the crash...sad way to go but that might have been the case...r.i.p. aaliyah

" Now you've gone away Always thought that you'd be here to stay See you on the other side We will ride again We would ride like the wind On the stairways of sin I can't believe all the wrong would turn Now that you're gone, how can I go on? You were a rose in a concrete world." This song was off of romeo must die by an artist name Joe. She will always be "baby girl" and will be missed, but never forgotten. RIP.

rest in peace, Baby Girl. you will always be the queen of rnb. my cousin looks just like you and she came over the night we heard of your death. she bumped nothing but aaliyah tunes driving down the street. it was auguat 25, 2001 and i was home on that saturday night listening to the radio. around ninish, the music stopped and the news came on, then the tears started. my own mom couldnt believe it. RIP and may God keep you eternally safe.
