oh bless her! id so get a manager listening in with me just for laughs..... too be honest from a business point your wasting time = money ect. but for laughs... that woman probably enjoyed talking about how random you were to her mates. as long as its not rude or abusive then i usually like having random calls like this every now and again lol
What kind of a corporate kiss ass are you? Generate money for your investors, Your simply holding down a call center job because your ill educated and seem to take some weird pride in working a meanial job, Get a grip you gimp.
I can't tell you which but it's affiliated with a global corporation that you have heard of and perhaps are doing business with. Besides if I tell you, you'd probably do a little skit about how "rude" we are. LOL We are professionals all the way, don't get the wrong idea - the only difference is when we suspect a mental-case is on the phone...much like the dude in this video. We don't waste time...we want to generate money for our investors.
what buisness do you work for? I work for virgin mobile, and we were always told we have to give the customer a warning before we ever terminate the call
Nope. We are instructed not to speak with people who appear to be on drugs, or have mental issues...in a single day I will terminate a call without the caller knowing I am about to. Their details are them preserved in our computer and are marked as persona no grata. Once you're on that list, you are barred from doing business with us for 5 years. So, yeah, we are RUDE if you will...no problem, the next call will be from a dude who will earn me a hefty commision. Why waste my time?
Ever get "accidentally" cut off from your insurance company? We ALL do it on purpose. Hint: we have the most sophisticated phones in the business they don't just drop calls. They are solid and integrated into our computer system to monitor your phone number. We are also entering your phone number on the fly into another system to check you out and your name etc....we know where you live and who you are and your claims history before you even disclose it to us.
That girl should have a policy like we do in our insurance office....terminate the call. Some people just wanna pick a fight with insurance company's and we know it...so we know have a policy where we can terminate a call where the client appears uncooperative. I don't even tell them the call is ending, i just push the END button and move on.
